These gluten free breakfast boulders are the most delicious golden, crunchy clusters of heaven. They are such a great accompaniment to a thick chocolatey smoothie or to put on top of your porridge.
- 100g Oats
- 40g Coconut sugar
- 30g Coconut oil
- 40g Oat flour
- 60g Peanut butter
- 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla powder
- Sea Salt
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix.
This should form a loose, boulder like crumble texture, with some smaller bits and some large.
Place these onto the tray and bake for 25-30 minutes until they are crunchy and golden.
We love these on the side of a Smoothie bowl or on their own as a quick snack.
