Join Olivia and her special kitchen elves for a 3-hour baking course where you will be shown how to make a variety of sweet treats with nutritional twists.
This is a unique opportunity to learn how to bake without any of the conventional baking ingredients such as wheat, dairy and refined-sugar, and how and when to use the alternative ingredients instead.
These classes are kept intimate to ensure that you can learn as much as possible and can ask questions along the way. There will be four recipes taught and they will range from cakes, cookies, puddings, to pancakes and breakfast muffins. Olivia will show you not only how to make baked treats, but will also always include one raw recipe. At the end of the course, there will be the opportunity to sit together and enjoy the yummyness that has been made, and of course these treats can be bagged up for you to bring home too.
