This dairy free caramel coconut bar recipe is the most delicious, chewy, salted caramel dream. Topped with rich dark chocolate, it is heaven!

The sweet caramel pairs perfectly with the desiccated coconut and dark chocolate topping creating a little bite of heaven. We made these using our favourite coconut oil by Pipkin. Pipkin coconut oil is gluten-free, vegan, cold-pressed, organic and 100% natural, making it the perfect dairy free alternative for baking and making raw treats (especially as it doesn’t have an overpowering coconut essence when you use it). We use this coconut oil in all of our recipes now as we love it and it’s easy to use. These coconut caramel bars are the perfect example! We love these bars as they are the yummiest treat for the whole family. In addition, they are so easy to make are very child friendly, which is great when you are on babysitting duty.
