Chocolate week is back and we could not be happier at LK! As you know we love everything covered in chocolate and filled with chocolate. To celebrate we have rounded up some of our favourite chocolate recipes from indulgent breakfasts to dinner party treats that are all vegan, gluten free and deliciously sweet. Enjoy!
Our take on the traditional chocolate fondant is a soft, moist sponge with the most delicious fudgey centre that we can’t get enough of. We demolished all of them straight away when we first created them in the LK office and they make an impressive dessert for dinner parties.
Made up of a sticky base, a creamy chocolate middle and topped with a crunchy peanut brittle, this delicious, rich, fudgey chocolate torte is absolutely perfect for special occasions, or family gatherings.
The glossy chocolate filling sandwiched between the crunchy biscuits is totally irresistible. Plus, you can choose whichever nut butter takes your fancy. I like to have a batch of these available in the office for meetings and often reach for them as an afternoon treat. They’re also perfect for sharing when friends and family come round for a cup of tea, too.
This is one of our dreamiest, gooiest brownie recipes. The recipe only uses 8 ingredients for both the brownie and frosting plus a sprinkling of sea salt so it is super easy to whip up when you’re in need of a sweet treat.
Chocolate and hazelnut is one of my favourite flavour combinations as I used to absolutely love Nutella before I was diagnosed with my intolerances. This pancake recipe is my go-to for lazy weekend mornings and I hope you love it as much as we do!
