These are the best way to start a morning, the sticky coconut caramel paired with espresso is the perfect combination. I made a big batch of these on Sunday to eat all week, they are just the best! You can add some bigger bits of dried fruit and nut in if you want to add some more texture to the bar, or even add a sprinkle of cacao powder – yum!
