This is the creamiest, indulgent chocolatey treat. We created the base out of hazelnuts, raw cacao and dates, making it a sticky, rich brownie. Sandwiched between each roll is a thick, nutella-like frosting, which adds moisture and extra enjoyment to each bite. The hardest bit about putting this pudding together is not eating it all before you serve! There is nothing that we crave more at this time of year, there is absolutely nothing that can beat this and we are warning you now, you wont want to share! These are the gooiest, chocolatey surprise that will really bring the wow factor to your dinner table. Encased within the crisp chocolate shell is the thickest, creamiest chocolate mousse, housing the perfect surprise, a Biccy Bom. We loved playing around with different ideas for this recipe and found that this was by far our favourite. This is the perfect, decadent pudding that will be the talking point of your guests for a long time! This is another recipe creation that we are very proud of. Jelly is a new addition to the LK kitchen, having found recent success was agar flakes. So although this took some trail and error, this terrine is the perfect success story! We think that this is the perfect dinner party addition. The different layers in this pudding means that it does’t just taste delicious, it looks beautiful and slices well. We love this with a hot chocolate sauce and some extra orange zest.
