This gluten free Christmas rocky road recipe is one of my go-to chocolate treats for the festive season. It’s so rich and indulgent. The creamy nutty pistachios and tangy cranberries are the dreamiest combination. You could also cut them into smaller chunks and make them as dinner party canapés. If you have a nut allergy you could also switch out the nuts and fill with more fruits and even some gluten free rice crispies.
This recipe makes 1 tray which I then chop up into squares.
