This week my elves and I hosted a raw brownie masterclass at the beautiful Anthropologie Regent Street store in London. I love Anthropologie for their beautifully curated mix of baking accessories and home décor. I was so excited to collaborate with the brand for this event and to show guests how to create a delicious, easy and naturally indulgent raw chocolate brownie.
Here are some highlights from the evening:
We hosted the raw brownie masterclass on the top floor of the store. The large space is full with beautiful furniture and homeware pieces which made it the perfect setting. Although the space was big, the furnishings and people made it feel cosy and intimate.
Have any of you visited Anthropologie’s Regent Street store yet? If not, I recommend it! Get lost in all the unique kitchenware. I love picking out plates and bowls from different collections and mix and matching them at home or in the office.
Magimix are my absolute go-to brand for food processors as they are so durable and easy to use. We have one of their larger ones in our office which has lasted for 3 years now. The Magimix Compact 3200XL was the perfect size for this recipe as it holds a lot of ingredients but doesn’t take up too much room.
The Magimix were definitely not this clean by the end of the event!
As if raw brownies weren’t enough. No event is complete without a stack of Biccy Boms and Raw Millionaire Bites to tuck into!
